The meta-analysis was conducted by Review Manager 5.3 software. \n \n \nResults \nThirty-nine studies were included in this study and the quality all rated B. They are summarized as case-based learning teaching method of cooperative learning, situational simulative teaching method, problem-based learning teaching method, Internet-based teaching method, multiple teaching method and others, with 11 studies, 8 studies, 5 studies, 5 studies, 3 studies and 7 studies, respectively. Compared with the control group, teaching reform methods have achieved a certain teaching effect. Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of different teaching methods of medical nursing in nursing baccalaureate program. Methods We searched papers published from January 2000 to December 2018 in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and China Science and Technology Journal Database on March 1, 2019. 中国医学护理本科课程教学方法改革的文献分析
目的评价护理本科课程医学护理学不同教学方法的效果。方法检索2019年3月1日在中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中国国家知识基础设施数据库和中国科技期刊数据库中发表的2000年1月至2018年12月的论文。研究符合纳入和排除标准。纳入研究的方法学质量根据Cochrane干预措施系统评价手册5.1.0由两位独立的评论者进行评估。meta分析采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行。结果本研究共纳入39项研究,质量均为b级,归纳为合作学习的案例学习教学法、情景模拟教学法、问题学习教学法、网络教学法、多元教学法等,研究数分别为11项、8项、5项、5项、3项、7项。与对照组相比,教学改革方法取得了一定的教学效果。但研究设计在分组分配、实施方法、基线比较等方面存在一定缺陷。结论《医学护理学》的教学方法多种多样,与传统的教学方法相比,这些教学方法具有一定的优势,在教学设计上还需进一步研究更加严谨。关键词:医疗护理;教学方法;文学;研究
