Abstract

Teacher well-being is not only an endogenous source of motivation to promote teachers’ professional development, but also an important goal to be pursued by teachers, and a major factor determining the quality of rural education. Based on the existing literature, this paper distils the influencing factors of rural teachers’ subjective well-being and explores the interaction mechanism among them, from strengthening the balancing role of the government, playing the supporting role of the society, enhancing the strengthening role of the school, and calling for the strengthening role of the school. 农村教师主观幸福感的影响因素及改善策略:当代分析
教师幸福感是促进教师专业发展的内生动力,是教师追求的重要目标,是决定农村教育质量的重要因素。本文在现有文献的基础上,从强化政府的平衡作用、发挥社会的支持作用、增强学校的强化作用、呼唤学校的强化作用等方面,提炼农村教师主观幸福感的影响因素,并探讨其相互作用机制。从加强政府的平衡作用、发挥社会的支持作用、增强学校的强化作用、唤醒农村教师自身的能动作用等方面提出合理化建议。
