The results showed that simultaneously, quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity had a significant effect on teacher work achievement. Partially, the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity have a significant effect on teacher work performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Mts Al Falah Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan with a total sample of 35 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe how conditions are about the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity and work performance of teachers, 2) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers simultaneously have an influence on the work performance of teachers, 3) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers partially has an influence on the work performance of teachers. 教师的质量、工作纪律和创造力对MTs AL FALAH pamemercy区的教师工作成就的影响

本研究在Al Falah Kecamatan pasan Kabupaten Pamekasan山进行，共35人。本研究的目的是:1)描述人力资源质量、工作纪律、教师创造力和教师工作绩效的条件是怎样的;2)检验和分析人力资源质量、工作纪律和教师创造力是否同时对教师的工作绩效产生影响;3)检验和分析人力资源质量、工作纪律和教师创造力是否同时对教师的工作绩效产生影响。教师的工作纪律性和创造性对教师的工作绩效有部分影响。结果表明，人力资源质量、工作纪律、教师创造力对教师工作绩效有显著影响。人力资源素质、工作纪律、教师创造力对教师工作绩效有显著影响。人力资源变量的质量对教师的影响起主导作用。关键词:工作绩效，人力资源质量，工作纪律，创造力。
