Case 87: Intermittent Supine Hypotension

Abstract

Autonomic testing may reveal an intermittent decline in blood pressure and cerebral blood flow associated with dizziness even in the supine position. Paroxysmal dysautonomia can be associated with blood pressure and cerebral blood flow instability.
