This study aims to determine the genus members of the durian plant rhizosphere (Durio zibethinus Murr.). Sampling of rhizosphere was carried out at Durian Plantation in Bemban Village Sungai Kakap District, Pontianak. Isolation and identification were carried out in the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tanjungpura University in May 2018 until December 2018. Abstract
Rhizosphere fungi play an important role in the process of plant growth and development. This fungi benefits the host plant in increasing it’s growth rate, resistance to pests, diseases and drought. This study aims to determine the genus members of the durian plant rhizosphere (Durio zibethinus Murr.). Sampling of rhizosphere was carried out at Durian Plantation in Bemban Village Sungai Kakap District, Pontianak. 根际真菌在植物生长发育过程中起着重要的作用。这种真菌有利于寄主植物提高其生长速度,抵抗病虫害和干旱。本研究旨在确定榴莲植物根际(Durio zibethinus Murr.)的属成员。在Pontianak Sungai Kakap区benban村的榴莲种植园进行了根际取样。分离鉴定于2018年5月至2018年12月在丹戎普拉大学数学与自然科学学院微生物实验室进行。分离得到8株根际真菌。有小霉属(JRSP1)、红曲霉属(JRSP2)、木霉属(JRSP3)、曲霉属(JRS4)、青霉属(JRSP5)、根霉属(JRSP6)、曲霉属(JRSP7)、青霉属(JRSP8)。
