The precision of time difference and the Geometric Dilution of Precision (GDOP) of TDOA location are analyzed and simulated. The results show that TDOA estimation performance is positively correlated with signal bandwidth, signal cumulative time and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), while TDOA location precision is positively correlated with TDOA estimation precision and distance between the receiving stations.
