The author proposes \"logistic dynamism\", a new approach to innovation analysis using a logistic equation. Any innovation paradigm has its own three trajectories with definite time spans consisting of technology, development, and diffusion in the course. The technology trajectory is the development history of core technologies which starts with Shockley's invention of the transistor and ends by the completion of submicron-lithography expanding for 25 years in the case of electronics. The development trajectory is formed by a series of application inventions and the diffusion trajectory is described by the diffusion of semiconductors to the market, The behaviors of electronics firms and the role of government are discussed upon the map of these trajectories.
