Errors caused by misalignment of the cameras in cinematographical analyses.

Abstract

Abstract Misalignment of film camera frequently occurs during tridimensional filming in spite of careful preparations. Therefore, it is useful to have an exact estimate of the errors caused by this misalignment. These errors can be calculated easily during the film analysis using same simple trigonometrical formulas. In addition, a practical procedure is presented to correct for this error.
