Abstract

In this paper, a novel cloud based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) framework is proposed for neural network inventory control which can help the enterprise about future plans of their inventory. The framework is about predicting the needs of product based on past history on paid invoices. Paid invoices are selected according to events occurred at different time period.
