Abstract

This research work aims to evaluate the academic impacts that educational applications use in smart mobile devices with Android operating system in students of the professional career of Computer Science. To do this, an analytical, quantitative and descriptive investigation was carried out, where the variables were: The use of educational applications for the learning process in a group of students as an independent variable and academic performance as a dependent variable. The following research problem was formulated as a question: To what extent does the use of Android Educational Applications have generated a positive impact on the academic performance of students in the professional career of Computer Science?
