Abstract

In line with highway ITS infrastructure being expanded year by year, the effect of the system over the system-built section needs to be evaluated. A simulation analysis and social cost analysis were conducted in this study in an attempt to analyze the effect of incident management system. A comparison between normal situation and incident was carried out for simulation analysis and the evaluation indices such as travel time, waiting cars and accident time lasted were selected.
