In the context of the study, the cross-border regions are considered as a sociocultural space, ontologically defined above the borders of interacting cultures and countries, differentiated by economic, social, demographic and other indicators. Abstract
The article explores the features of social exclusion in cross-border regions, the determinism of social exclusion by the processes of identification and self-identification of individuals, cultural, ethnic, economic, religious factors, and circumstances.
