Abstract

In this paper, we derive capacity cut-set bounds of half-duplex (HD) and full-duplex (FD) single relay systems in the presence of channel estimation errors and loop-back interference. Next, we propose power allocation technique to maximize the capacity upper bound that is shown to be effective and close to optimum solution.
