We have chosen block chain technology to resolve above cited issue in efficient and secured hospital record maintenance. There are three key parameters of block chain technology namely decentralization of node, openness concept and security. In which we have concentrated on third security key parameter by using efficient entrusted proof of venture algorithm used in our work to maintain proper usages of data related to hospital records. Abstract
