Abstract
With the development of various new materials and new processing technologies, cast aluminum alloys have not been eliminated with the development of the times, but have been more widely used in military and civilian applications. However, various special use environments have put forward higher requirements on the performance of cast aluminum alloys, so aluminum alloy casting processes have been continuously developed. This article first discusses the acoustic principle of high-energy ultrasonic-assisted casting and then analyzes the improvement of the performance of the cast aluminum alloy by the high-energy acoustic beam, which is supported by the casting test. Experiments have proved that it is completely feasible for high-energy acoustic beams to improve the mechanical properties of cast aluminum alloys by adding ultrasonic fields while casting aluminum alloys.
