Abstract

The social worker's clinical skills and philosophy are precisely the ones required for counseling the disabled about sexuality. We are all socialized with sexual misinformation and biases, so the worker must first learn a full understanding of the broad range of activities and feelings that are possible. Case examples help illustrate perspectives and potentials to be considered.
