The compound form of K-distribution sea clutter model was introduced to calculate probability of detection of sea skimming target in sea clutter and noise, the detection performance of single air-borne radar and ship-borne radar was calculated and compared. The detection performance of 3 cooperation dispositions was evaluated with the criterion of coverage area ratio and mean track initiation distance.
