Acute respiratory distress syndrome in adults

Abstract

The article presents an overview and analysis of the definition of acute respiratory distress syndrome and provides data on its etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostic algorithm, and approaches to its therapy and prevention. New promising directions for the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome in adults have been identified.
