If the quality of the service improves, the clients will feel satisfied with the tourism service. Finally, this research has presented successful results such as the generation of a route showing the order of places to visit optimizing the time and price. Abstract

Tourist in Arequipa city has been reduced due to the restrict of the pandemic, which has changed the habits of visitors who now seek information about the places they want to visit through technology. And also in some cases, they could visit many places, but they don’t have enough time. Then in this new society, a reinvention of the tourist experience is needed.
