Abstract

This note is a contribution to the problem of leakage detection in irrigation networks. The main goal is to reduce the lost water due to the leakages. This lost water represents a source of useless electrical energy spending. The problem is tackled by using water volume-balance method. The considered case study concerns the irrigation network of Carpentras, situated in south of France (see Fig. 1).
