Abstract

The article presents the training program »How to preserve and support the mental health of educational personnel in war conditions». The author describes the program's objectives and training sessions («The Essence and Structure of Educational Staff's Mental Health», «Manifestations of the mental health of educational personnel in the conditions of war», «Educational Staff's Stress-Resistance in War Conditions»», «Educational Staff's Work Performance in War Conditions», «Educational Staff's Ability to Establish and Maintain Social Contacts in War Conditions» as well as the interactive techniques used in each session. Besides, the author analyzes the training sessions' procedure (protocols), the trainees' assigned tasks performance results and some mental health problems faced by educational staff and approaches to their solution.
