Moreover, the project involved system design, test specification, hardware and software development, system integration, and prototype testing. The result shows that the proposed IC tester produced the exact result for the open and short, DC parametric and functional test where the input and output test parameters are drives from MATLAB. Abstract

This paper report the design and analysis of an integrated circuit (IC) testing module with GUI using MATLAB and microcontroller interfacing. The proposed module is able to test Open and Short, DC parametric and functional parameters.
