DETERMINAN PENUNGGAKAN PEMBAYARAN IURAN PESERTA BPJS KESEHATAN PBPU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LEPO-LEPO KOTA KENDARI TAHUN 2021

Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Aturan program BPJS untuk pembayaran premi diwajibkan paling lambat tanggal 10 setiap bulannya. Ketidakpatuhan peserta mandiri akan mempengaruhi pembayaran iuran peserta BPJS Kesehatan PBPU di Wilayah Kerja Pukesmas Lepo-Lepo Tahun 2021. Pada Tahun 2020 peserta PBPU terdapat 31.163 jiwa yang masih menunggak pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Kendari. Salah satunya terdapat yang paling banyak di wilayah kerja puskesmas Lepo-Lepo berjumlah 5.588 jiwa.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui determinan penunggakan pembayaran iuran peserta BPJS Kesehatan PBPU di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lepo-Lepo Kota Kendari.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional (potong lintang) dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 135 masyarakat. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square.Hasil: Terdapat hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan (p Value = 0.012 < 0,05), terdapat hubungan antara penghasilan dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan (p Value = 0.000 < 0,05), tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan (p Value = 0.700 > 0,05), terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan (p Value = 0.001 < 0,05).Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pekerjaan, penghasilan dan persepsi terhadap penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan, tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Sehingga, perlu meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas untuk sosialisasi peserta tentang hak dan kewajiban peserta mandiri. AbstractBackground: The deadline for premium payments under the BPJS scheme is the tenth day of every month. The payment of payments for BPJS Health PBPU perticipants in the Lepo-Lepo Health Center Work Area in 2021 would be impacted by the independent perticipants’ noncompliance. In Kendari City, there are 31,163 PBPU participants who are still behind on their BPJS Health payments as of 2020. The quantity and quality of socialization of participants regarding the rights and obligations of independent participants must therefore be increased.
