Abstract

Taking a marine low-speed diesel engine as the object, the online cylinder pressure monitoring method is studied, the characteristic parameters of in-cylinder combustion process are extracted, an FPGA-based data acquisition system is constructed, the signals of top dead center, crank angle and gas pressure of each cylinder are collected online, and a LabVIEW virtual instrument is used as the platform to develop an online cylinder pressure monitoring system for the marine low-speed engine, and the system was tested and verified on a low-speed engine bench.
