ASPECTS OF THE CREATION OF THE «VLADIMIR INTELLECTUAL INITIATIVE» PLATFORM FOR THE SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF KNOWLEDGE-INTENSIVE CLUSTERS IN THE REGION

Abstract

The aggravation of the need for managerial and coordinating efforts to target the formation of a knowledge-intensive cluster at the regional level was reflected in the design work of scientists and leaders of economic entities of the Vladimir region to identify the potential for close communication of stakeholders within the framework of the Vladimir Intellectual Initiative. The authors of the article formulate a hypothesis about a possible managerial decision to improve the mechanisms of interaction based on breakthrough ideas in various areas of the socio-economic life of the region.
