Evaluasi Program Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Dan Menengah (Model Kewirausahaan Sosial Di Kota Serang)

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to discuss the evaluation of social entrepreneurship programs with an emphasis on three aspects, namely leadership, core and dynamic abilities, and substantive growth abilities. The qualitative research method was chosen in this study by conducting in-depth interviews with three social entrepreneurship SMEs located in Serang City. The results show that leadership factors, core and dynamic abilities and substantive growth capabilities as an evaluation instrument for social entrepreneurship programs in Serang City have been running quite effectively, this can be seen from the achievement of the MSME program goals which are able to instill social values to the community in addition to the economic impact. The research findings show that the process of innovation, cooperation and understanding of human resource knowledge that is carried out in a sustainable manner are factors that can support the evaluation of social entrepreneurship programs.
