The improvement of municipal budget financing mechanisms by using the property of municipal public institutions

Abstract

In the article one of the ways of increasing the level of non-tax profit for municipal education public institutions at the expense of using their premises is analyzed on the example of drama school for all population groups. The calculation of the drama school opening cost is carried out and the assessment of payback period and profitability of this project is made.
