Cake by Tenggilis Surabaya is a business engaged in the food industry, specifically a cake shop. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the customers of Cake by Tenggilis. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed online using google forms. In this study, the data were processed using SPSS 22 for windows. 这项名为“腾吉利斯泗水蛋糕店的产品质量、服务质量和交货及时性对回购意愿的影响”的研究有四个目标,即:(1)了解产品质量对回购意愿的影响;(2)了解服务质量对回购意愿的影响;(3)了解交付时效性对回购意愿的影响;(4)了解产品质量、服务质量和交付时效性同时对回购意愿的影响。Cake by Tenggilis泗水是一家从事食品行业,特别是蛋糕店的企业。本研究采用定量方法。本研究的人群是腾吉利斯蛋糕的顾客。本研究的样本共计150人。数据是通过使用谷歌表格在线分发的调查问卷收集的。在本研究中,数据处理使用SPSS 22 for windows。本研究结果表明:(1)产品质量对再购买意愿有显著影响;(2)服务质量对再购买意愿有显著影响;(3)交付时效性对再购买意愿有显著影响;(4)产品质量、服务质量和交付时效性同时对再购买意愿有显著影响。
