Relativistic effects in microwave vacuum electronics

Abstract

Being squeezed by competitors, the vacuum microwave electronics is made to enhance output powers, that should be provided with using sufficiently high beam voltages. The resulting increase of electron velocities is accompanied with a number of favorable relativistic effects.
