The adequacy of the model is verified by comparing the instantaneous values of the phase currents of the proposed model with the known one. The methods of generator voltage stabilization by changing the commutation angles and by regulating the average value of the stator winding current are investigated, the advantages and drawbacks of each method are analyzed. Abstract
A mathematical model of the switched reluctance generator is developed, taking into account losses in windings, magnetic losses and core saturation. The adequacy of the model is verified by comparing the instantaneous values of the phase currents of the proposed model with the known one.
