The Intelligent Algorithm of the Biorthogonal Quaternary Wavelet Packs with Filter Banks and Frames

Abstract

In this paper, the notion of biorthogonal non-separable quarternary wavelet packs, which is the gene-ralization of biorthogonal univariate wavelet packs, is introduced. A new procedure for constructing them is provided. Their biorthogonality property is characterized by the filter bank theory and time-frequency analysis. Three biorthogonality formulas concerning these wavelet packs are established.
