Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital attachment and gamification in work on job satisfaction of employees of the Widya Mataram University (WMU) Yogyakarta, the population used in this study were all employees who worked at WMU both labor education and lecturers, the size of the sample used is 55 respondents, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling.
