Abstract

The fundamental-model-based sensorless control method is sensitive to inductance parameters, and accurate electrical parameters are conducive to improving rotor position estimation accuracy. In addition, the accuracy of inductance parameters will also affect the control performance of the motor system. Based on high-frequency square wave voltage injection, the sensorless control and online parameter identification are studied in this paper. Firstly, the influence of inductance parameters on fundamental-model-based sensorless control is studied, and then the zero- and low-speed sensorless control and parameter identification strategy based on two-orientation high-frequency square wave voltage injection is proposed. Finally, the method is verified by simulation and experiment.
