Abstract

It is required to research on spatial diversity and high-rate data modulation techniques to support multimedia services. In this paper, we propose OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) system using a new cooperative communication scheme to have benefits from diversity gain through single antenna mobile's partnership. The proposed system has strong point of supporting high speed data transmission under frequency selective fading channel.
