This method, with best weighting factors result in 75% decrease in simulation time for low frequency substrate modeling compare with simple multi-grid method. Abstract
This paper proposes a novel method for substrate coupling modeling and analysis. This method is based on accelerated multi-grid, finite difference simulation.
