This paper designs an optimization method based on the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model, which can generate the combination mode of industry, University and research randomly according to the combination of production, teaching and research indicators, so as to meet the personalized needs of different users. Secondly, through the integration of Ajax technology, the time process control of the combination of English production, teaching and research in the system online assessment is realized. Abstract

This paper introduces an English learning system based on Web technology. In this paper, the design scheme and key technical problems of the system are described in detail. Firstly, the algorithm and strategy of intelligent test paper generation in the system are analyzed, and a mathematical model of intelligent test paper generation is established based on the requirements of practicability and operability of the algorithm. This paper designs an optimization method based on the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model, which can generate the combination mode of industry, University and research randomly according to the combination of production, teaching and research indicators, so as to meet the personalized needs of different users.
