Herein, we present a case of a 35-year-old woman with concomitant hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and periodontitis, who was treated successfully with adalimumab. After 3 months of treatment, a marked improvement was observed in her clinical scores of HS, quality of life, as well as her gingival pain and signs of inflammation. Abstract
Increasing evidence suggests an association between chronic inflammatory conditions and oral health.
