Abstract

主肺动脉间隔缺损（APSD）是一种少见的先天性心脏畸形，一旦诊断应尽早手术治疗。既往多采用外科开胸手术或第一代动脉导管未闭封堵器、膜部或肌部室间隔缺损封堵器介入封堵治疗。该文报道1例体重仅有8.6 kg的APSD患儿，采用第二代Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器进行封堵治疗后，效果良好。.
