This TRALI was treated by timely ventilator support. The patient results of high-resolution HLA genotyping were HLA-A* 01:01, 11:01; HLA-B* 15:02, 37:01; HLA-C* 06:02, 08:01; DRB1* 10:01, 12:02; DRB3* 03:01, 03:01; DQA1* 01:05, 06:01; DQB1* 03:01, 05:01; DPA1* 01:03, 02:01; and DPB1* 02:01, 09:01. Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to retrospectively analyze the etiology of a case of suspected transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) occurring after blood transfusion.
