The study found that 30% of programs had a direct link to the PRM fellowship page, with limited information on criteria such as education resources, research stipend, mentorship opportunities, and fellow wellness. The results underscore the need for improved accessibility, content expansion, and yearly link maintenance. These improvements could enhance the applicant experience, foster informed decisions, and streamline the application process.
