Since its inception in 1984, China Law Journal has become one of the most influential and authoritative academic journals in Chinese jurisprudence. since 1995, it has been awarded the National Journal Award, the highest honor for Chinese journals, for four consecutive times. in March 2013, the English version of China Law Journal was launched, which has further expanded its international impact. The columns of the journal include Road to the Rule of Law, Thematic Forum, Legislative Research, Judicial Reform and Judicial Notarization, Monographs of Various Sections, Lectures and Controversies, and Jurisprudence Review, etc., which cover a wide range of fields of jurisprudence. The journal was awarded the honor of “Top 100 Newspapers” in March 2018, reflecting its important position and influence in the academic world.

《中国法学》杂志自1984年创刊以来，已成为中国法学界最具影响和权威的学术期刊之一。1995年起，连续四次获得中国期刊界最高荣誉——国家期刊奖。2013年3月，《中国法学》英文版创刊，进一步扩大了其国际影响力。杂志栏目包括走向法治之路、专题论坛、立法研究、司法改革与司法公证、各科专论、讲座与争鸣、判例评析等，涵盖了法学研究的多个领域。2018年3月，该杂志获得第三届全国“百强报刊”荣誉，体现了其在学术界的重要地位和影响力。
