Article intended for publication in PanAmerican should meet high standard of clarity as well as mathematical content. There must be substantial introductory section giving the motivation , background and significance of results. The introductory section should be addressed to a broad spectrum of mathematical audience. Following the statement of results, there should follow complete proofs and applications.
