Journal on Communications is a first-class academic journal sponsored by the China Communications Association, founded in 1980 and openly circulated both at home and abroad. The purpose of the journal is to reflect the level of development of information and communication science and technology in China, to exchange new achievements in communication science and technology at home and abroad, to promote academic progress and growth of talents, and to explore new theories and technologies. The main target readers are researchers in the field of information and communication, teachers and postgraduates of communication and related majors in universities and colleges.
