"Food and Drug" (bimonthly) is a scientific journal in the field of food and drug approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, with an international standard serial number (ISSN 1672-979X) and a domestic unified serial number (CN 37-1438/R). It is published domestically and internationally. The magazine was founded in 1998 and is managed by Shandong Commercial Group Co., Ltd., sponsored by Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and co-organized by the Industrial Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Branch of the Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Shandong Freda Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Biopharmaceutical Association, and Shandong Health Products Industry Association. The main contents include various pharmaceutical disciplines, such as pharmaceutics, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, drug analysis, traditional Chinese medicine, biopharmaceuticals, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical management, etc., as well as academic papers in the field of food, including research and development of health foods, food inspection, food additives, food supervision, etc.

《食品与药品》（双月刊）系经国家新闻出版广电总局批准，具有国际标准刊号（ISSN 1672-979X）和国内统一刊号（CN 37-1438/R），面向国内外发行的食品与药品领域科技期刊。杂志于1998年创刊，由山东省商业集团有限公司主管，山东省药学科学院主办，中国生物化学与分子生物学会工业生物化学与分子生物分会、山东福瑞达医药集团有限公司、山东省生物药业协会、山东省保健品行业协会协办。主要内容包括药学各学科，如药剂学、药理学、药物化学、药物分析、中药学、生物药物学、临床药学、药事管理等，以及食品领域，包括保健食品研究与开发、食品检验、食品添加剂、食品监管等方面的学术论文。
