We compared tablet number; chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder (CKD-MBD)-related drug cost; and serum corrected calcium, serum phosphorous, and serum intact parathyroid hormone levels before and 1, 2, and 3 years after switching from oral to intravenous calcimimetics.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>There were 15 patients (11 males and 4 females; mean age 60.9 ± 9.2 years).
