Recurrence-free survival was similar in patients with low and normal/high skeletal muscle attenuation (hazards ratio: 1.12, 95% confidence interval: 0.89, 1.40).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Both low skeletal muscle mass and poor muscle quality are associated with poor long-term survival.
