摘要

目的：应用锥形束计算机断层扫描（CBCT）评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）患者鼻中隔偏曲的存在。方法：对经多导睡眠图诊断为OSA的患者，采用CBCT进一步评估鼻中隔偏曲、上颌窦间隔、口咽气道容积的影像学表现。结果：所有患者均存在鼻偏位，按照Negus等分类，再按照呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）评分进行分类，上颌窦间隔按照al Faraj等分类，口咽气道容积平均为10086.37±3966.116 mm2。结论：本组患者均有鼻中隔偏曲，可作为怀疑OSA的影像学标志。
