The diagnosis was confirmed with computed tomography and bronchoscopy. A conservative management was performed with drainage and antibiotic therapy, and the evolution was satisfactory. If recognized at the time of the surgery, perforations should be closed primarily. Perforación traqueal diferida tras cirugía tiroidea en un paciente con radioterapia cervical.
