To test the research hypothesis, we applied the techniques of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed three constructs of the PCSR that are related to job satisfaction: satisfaction with leadership and nature of the work; satisfaction with salary; and satisfaction with coworkers. The perception of CSR significantly influences the three constructs. 摘要
