Counselor Educator Mothers: Work-Life Enrichment and Occupational Satisfaction
We examined factors that affected the work-life enrichment and occupational satisfaction of 107 counselor educator mothers. Data were analyzed through content analysis. Results highlight various initiatives that could increase academic mothers' job satisfaction.
